BEEF

Because we take pride in the quality of our all-natural meat and in serving our customers as a family, we partner with a few very select Washington State ranchers to provide cattle for our operation. They reflect our same ethics and intentionality in livestock care and breeding that create high-quality meat. Over the years, our process has proven to provide exceptional tasting meat for your family and ours.

ETHICAL

We raise our animals and partner with select ranchers who raise their cattle ethically and intentionally.

What this means.

- High Quality Feed

All-natural grass, forage, grain, and mineral supplement. An animal’s diet will change depending on his stage of growth and nutritional needs. Our steers are fed a total mixed ration (TMR) that is balanced to maximize growth and promote health.

- Exceptional Care

It is our belief that healthy animals produce healthy meat. For optimum animal health, vaccinations, de-worming, and occasional antibiotic therapy are necessary. Healthy animals do not need or receive antibiotic treatments. All products used are FDA/USDA approved and used in compliance with label directions.

Our steers are natural grass/grain fed. Grass fed beef are typically pastured and eat only grass or grass and hay. Natural grain fed beef are given a diet high in carbohydrates to encourage the marbling and finish found in higher quality beef. Our steers begin with a grass and hay diet high in protein for optimum body mass and muscle development. As the steers get larger, their diet gets higher in carbohydrates with grain added to the grass to properly finish the beef.
