Before There Was Mills Family Meats, There Was "Mills' Beef".

Our small family business is influenced by four generations of cattle and hog ranchers. What started from a homestead in the state of Wyoming has branched miles and years from where it started. We moved to Washington in 2001, and we began raising cattle in this valley and in Eastern Washington. Using proven methods, we have endeavored to raise the best possible steers on natural grass and grain, and to bring the best possible beef to our family and friends.

Our Son Started "Mills' Meats".

Raising our children with livestock allowed us to teach our kids that life is messy! They get stuff on their boots! But they also learned how to care for and manage livestock, to build a business, and to create their future. Shad grew up in 4-H and FFA, and he is now raising his own hogs and managing his pork business.

We Became "Mills' Family Meats".

As our customer bases grew by word of mouth, we have reached a point of merging our two small operations into one family business—Mills Family Meats. Because we take pride in the quality of our all-natural meat and in serving our customers as family, we have carefully selected a limited number of trusted ranchers to partner with us to provide you with superior beef and pork.
